Lake Fished: Skiatook
Date: 08/19/11
Water Clarity: Clear to 8 to 10'
Water Level: ~10' low!
Water Temperature: 89 degrees
Time of Launch/Load: Fished for half an hour or so after cleaning and refueling the boat.
Comments/Results: I have been doing decently well on Skiatook throughout this extremely hot summer. Best results closest to dark, early or late, on topwater. After about 9 o'clock, you better be changing it up. Drop shot, shakey head, C-Rig, but I consistently catch fish on a jig on this lake. Really any style of jig, in nearly any weight, as long as you fish it slow.

I'm a new boat owner, and I don't have a truck yet, so I have my boat on the water at Skiatook.
