Today I had the pleasure of meeting Don Weed. From start to finish this guy knows Mercury Motors!! I had all of my simple questions answered and learned more about my motor in a few hours than I had learned over 20 yrs of owning bass boats. I know that anyone who has had any dealings with Don will agree that he is one of the truely good guys in the business.

I'm in Quebec, Canada and I'm both embarrassed as well as
frustrated that the level of service and knowledge in my area would
compare to "the blind leading the blind".
I just made an order for regular maintenance items for my engine with Don
and quite frankly, I would have paid more here for the same items ( if they were even available here) and probably would have been sold a bunch of crap i didn't need
by an incompetent salesperson who's previous job was delivering pizzas!!!
I will be a long time customer of European Marine.
