Can't speak on the water level but I had to go to Manchester during the week. I was there early and went to check out the launch. I was there around 6:30 and the gate was up. Doesn't open till 8am
Went last mon, way low. new launch would not work, went to 121 and put in there. Had to keep backing and stoping to get the boat off. Should be better after this recent monsoon.Good luck,I saw a lot of new rocks.
