    Re: Monomanac (Jazz)

I WAS going to fish there or Highland this weekend but I have a boat issue and I'm just hoping to get it back in time for the Rally. That is a pretty good fishery. Very shallow is some spots. Gets pretty busy too. Last time I was there, I had an issue with the only NH launch. If he has a promo going on he won't let you launch. Contoocook is my alternative site in that area.
Welcome to NH Jazz. Glad to see you're back home.

Contoocook is very good in the late afternoon during mid summer.
The fish start moving to the shade lines as they form along the shallows.

    Re: Monomanac (Roneichler)

I got my new trim motor installed and it worked great. I was up to 65mph and that's with out a good prop. The relay literally fried. It worked going down just fine but not up. Took it home and took the cowl off and heard the crackling and looked over and "AW Chit". I had smoke coming from it and a small flame appeared. I disconnected the battery and blew out the flame. Forge Pond has it and I'm hoping to get it back before the Rally. Don't know what is really wrong or what is needed. I'm just letting Ed do his magic and praying he'll have it for me Friday. I really don't want to go to the Rally boatless but....

I got the boat back today. I had a fried relay and harness. It works like a charm and can't wait to try it on a lake. Where is everyone heading this weekend? I might hit Highland Lake if I have the time. Still have lots to do before the Rally.

Hey Jazz welcome back to the Live Free and fish state We're still trying to sell our house here and get down to Florida and Lake Champlain. Hope we (all the NH guys) can all hook up some time.

Good luck to you I see where Florida got some rain, was it enough to do any good? We saw Okeechobee on the news, it looked pretty bad.

I love the launch in Kissimimee on Lake Toho, guys here in New England get excited about a ramp with 2 launches and parking for 25 cars that one was great 6 or 8 launches and parking for 150 to 200 cars and it was free no launch fees

wish we had that here on some of our lakes
