My boat went in the shop yesterday. I'm hoping to get it back tomorrow but most likely Thursday. I'll head out this weekend if the weather cooperates.

Good luck to you guys. I hope you make it out .it will be a little wile before I can bring my boat home.I have to wait for the mud to dry so I can get it in the yard.on a good note the weather is warming up out there and I'll be fishing soon

I went to the Merrimac today. Once again it was dominated by the meat chuckers. Only two of us were throwing artificials and I believe that only one was bought in on each boat. The meat chuckers were cleaning house though.
I really can't wait for the lakes to open. Bennington Bog(powder mill pond) was about half open on Friday. I'll let you all know by Friday if it's open.

Hey Mac I was there too today and your right lots of shiner fishing I just cant seem to make myself fish that way I guess i should have went south

I had a good time but the meat being tossed can frustrate ya. Like I said, with any luck, I'll be able to fish a lake next weekend and enjoy myself.

Ron, Did you end up catching anything? I had 1 hit on the crankbait and another on a jig&pig. Nothing made it to the deck though.

No i didnt catch any but had a hit on a crankbait down river This is the first time Ive been there this early in the season, the tempeture change is almost 10 degrees from the hot spot to the ramp and the fish sure were schooled up in the hot spot

Your going to travel all the way to Amesbury, MA. to fish that place. With tonights rain, I'm sure there will be places a lot closer that are open.
I have a tourney there on the 14th and having never fished there I thought I should do a little prefishing
