Fared a bit better today. Fished for about 2.5 hours and got 5. All were between 14" & 15" except 1 that went 3.7. Waters about 67 and on the murky side lakewide. Fish came in 6-9ft off a rocky point with a chatterbait slow rolled right on the bottom
Nice work! We were out there Sunday and picked up 12 total. 2 were dinks and the rest were 14-17 inches. There's really a great population of fish in that lake, which is why it remains my favorite Omaha lake...
We got 3 in brushpiles on jigs, 3 on frogs on lead banks with green weeds, 2 on buzzbaits in the same weedy areas, and the rest on cranks around rocks...couldn't get a sniff in the creek.
yep. I tried the creek as well and also the roadbed. Figured they'd be moving up with the cooler nights and water but that doesnt appear to be the case
