So this ticks me off a little bit...Someone decided to go shopping in my Eyra and broke 3 locks in doing so. I called and ordered 3 complete assemblies and asked if there was any way Basscat could help with discounted pricing as replacing my stolen items plus this won't be cheap. I was told "No, there is no way for me to do it. There is either retail pricing or dealer pricing and that is it". That lead me to believe it can't be done and now I see this. Apparently it can be done. Not too happy.

BassCat will occasionally have a bit of a sale on major holidays, but depending on when you ordered, perhaps the parts person wasn't thinking about that or even knew they'd have a sale on Memorial Day?

Why do you deserve a discount when they aren't offering one? Go to any retail location- home depot, walmart, etc and ask for your "special" discount and see the answer you get.

Everyone gets a discount , if you order over a 100.00 free shipping thats a big deal any more considering what some are charging.
