I installed a Drotto Boat Latch on the trailer for my Pro V Bass and the transom overhangs the trailer bunks by 2" now. Is that ok or do I need to adjust the latch so its even with the bunks?

Mine moved.about 1" back when I put a boat to.trailer latch on mine. Most concerning would be the tongue weight losing too much

A few weeks ago I installed Boat2Trailwer’s Ramp-N-Clamp. Similar to the Drotto. I lost about 1 1/2 inches. My transom now sits just past the edge of my bunks about 1/2 inch. I still have plenty of tongue weight. However, if you can adjust your winch stand forward some that would be ideal. A 2 inch overhang at the rear shouldn’t really cause any trailering issue.

I installed one the first year I had my boat, you will have to adjust your winch alittle so it dosnt overhang. One of the best accessories you can put on your boat in my opinion
