    Xplore 12 side imagine issues

Ok I have been in contact with the support at Humminbird for 2 weeks over this issue. I have the New Xplore 12 and a Gen 2 Helix 12 on my dash. I bought the Xplore because it was supposed to be the Side imaging way to go. I had this professionally installed by Performance Electronics the same guy that rigs Jake Lawrence's boat so you know the guy has it right. I have always did them myself but decided to let him do it to make sure it was perfect. Now my problem is the si and di are dark and not clear, I can switch the Helix sonar back on see fish brush clear and plain, switch the Xplore back on Helix off and only the larger brush is visible and no fish. Bream beds are clear and plain on the Helix and you can see the individual fish on the beds, Xplore beds are blurry and grainy and no fish visible. I have had several people look at it and all say its not right. Hummingbird at fist said the transducer might be bad, but i sent them the pictures showing the difference between the 2 and they said its doing what its supposed to? My response to them was if that is what is is supposed to look like send me a new Helix and you can have this crap back! Settings are Mega, 18 sensitivity 4 Contrast sharpness 1 and 1 scroll speed. They said that is the correct settings? Found 2 other people that are having the same issues so far just wondering if anyone here is having problems? Calling them back Monday morning to get an update from them to see what they are going to do if anything?

I tried 2x but it blurred it worse. The tech at Humminbird recommended 1 speed also.
    Thanks

2X will stretch the images double that of 1X using the same boat speed. 1X is about what 3 was with older software and Helix.

    This is 1X:

Turn on dynamic contrast, set sensitivity to 1, contrast to 4, scroll speed to 2, which corresponds to the normal speed of the boat, turn off sharpness.
