Ya im a nurse, I already knew this was going to be the end of my golf this year. Many are saying do it in the fall or winter, but I have an elk hunt in December, and waterfowl that starts in October. Hunting is my true love in life, so I want to have it all fixed and ready to rock n roll by then. I have some big things cooking in the decoy world for this up-coming season that I have had my hand involved in the last 2 years. I need to be 100% to really be ready to push boats and trudge marshes this year. Going to hopefully help impress some big players in the industry and help promote a new line from a gentleman that has failed to get the proper recognition he deserves in the 30 years hes been helping it. Its time for him to get his and to make a name for himself and stop always doing the work for these other companies. Been some work, but I finally have him there, and i cant be more excited for him to launch this deal.
I barely came back to this mistress called golf a year and a half ago, she can take a break if need be. Mine isnt too terrible, just my belly button is tryin to turn into an outty every so often. I push that sucker right back in and cringe real hard, but usually can stay in for some time. Golf has never made it pop out, but just the other day, I was loading some branches to take to the dump and it just popped right out. Wasnt even lifting or twisting heavy, just popped out. Was messing around with the lab, she came running and just jumped up in excitement and her paw hit my belly button and it felt like her paw kicked the bottom of my testicles lol. So... unfortunately, it’s time to just suck it up and go get cut on. Little mesh and a few lap sites and I bet I’ll be back to normal in about 2-3 months (if not sooner but im not rushing it). Might be able to swing a club, right about the time i usually put them away for the winter. Not the end of the world, but I’ll be ready to come back in full force for the spring 26 season.
