I like mustard on "bickets" (southern term like sursage and bickets)
There's lots of decaffeinated brands that are just as tasty as the real thing.

French’s Yellow for rubbing down meats, and making bastes.
Great Value Southwestern Spicy Mustard on fries, or even fish. I use instead of ketchup.
Dietz and Watson Jalapeño Mustard or Sweet and Hot
I love mustard pretty much any way.

We're fortunate in Oklahoma to have Griffin's (out of Muskogee, www.griffinfoods.com).

Frenchs. No Heinz for me since I’m a Browns faithful fan! Not sure if that football field to the East is still called Heinz but that was all it took.
And no ketchup on a hot dog or brat.

I use a lot of mustard, mostly as a binder for smoking meats, so wal-mart brand is the best, I use it to put on a hot dog occasionally with a little sweet relish, and if I am having a fried bologna samich mustard also. But yeller mustard is pretty much yeller mustard, My pallet is not so refined I have to have the best of the best by brand.

I used to be strictly French's for yellow mustard. One day for the heck of it I bought the Great Value brand at Walmart. Call me crazy but that's what I prefer now.
