Selling a used Mercury SmartCraft gateway NMEA 2k Kit. This device is used to transmit Mercury engine data to a NMEA 2k network which can then be displayed across your various brands of chartplotters. This specific setup was used to transmit engine data from a 2012 250 Pro XS 2 stroke to NMEA 2k backbone, then displayed on Humminbird units along with another Mercury SmartCraft gauge. This comes with the gateway device/harness, a mercury 4 port smartcraft junction box w/2 terminating caps, and a NMEA 2k T w/terminating cap. Everything needed to interconnect your smartcraft engine data with your NMEA 2k and chartplotter networks. Asking $250, includes shipping, insurance and PP fees.

Should be the same. That plug on the gateway is a smartcraft plug, you're going to need a smartcraft harness to run from the motor to the cockpit area and tie that gateway into the NMEA network. The smartcraft plug on the newer V8's is under the plastic deflector in the back of the motor by the exhaust tube.

I do not have the part # handy, it is on the tag of the harness. It is my understanding that they have been revised numerous times over the years, so there are numerous part numbers out there but they all essentially do the same thing. If you already have a smartcraft device, then the harness has been ran to the helm. You would use the 4 way junction to split that single harness out to multiple smartcraft devices, NMEA 2k network and/or any other combination of devices.
