Parts for my Frankenstein Yamaha 250

I have a 2003 250 OX66 with a 250-300 crescent HPDI Lower unit. What water pump kit do I need that has everything but the plastic housing? And what one comes with the housing?

Thinking about changing thermostats/gaskets too... What are the part numbers? I'm tired of not having water pressure and alarms sounding. Temp gauge rises, and cools down when motor is revved up. Poppet PRV is clean....

What else can I look for?

What do you mean by "crescent" HPDI? I am not familiar with that term.

This is the OX66 LU... It blows out at 82.6 mph no matter the prop or motor height.... I needed the VMAX HPDI Lower Unit for safety of my passengers and I.

Seems like the price has gone up a lot. I was looking at this one. https://www.ebay.com/itm/27642743868...&ul_noapp=true

I hate to spend an extra $130+ If it's the same. Sierra made one as well.

    I think I bought my last one here>>> https://www.ebay.com/itm/37606127538...Bk9SR-Cs_KHeZQ

But I can't remember... It's not in my history.

Thanks everybody for the Part number... That is what I needed. I could not find the old box, I thought I saved it.

Still looking for thermostats and gasket part # for the VX250

Yea, I hear ya. But sometimes I don't have the time to look and SIM has been good to me on finding parts as my engine has been pieced together also. Took a bit to get the right seal kit and 02 sensor but Andy knew by my description what parts I needed. That's worth a bunch to me so I support them when I can. Cj

I am glad you made that as a statement as I would rather ride with someone at 90 with good equipment and ability to drive a boat that 50 with junk equipment and no ability to drive. Cj
