They are. Their production is just top notch right now. Those drone shots with those schools on those points was amazing.

That wouldn't even get you a waterfront single wide.

Ten years ago you could have absolutely done that. Once Covid hit prices shot up, AirBnB didn’t help. But there was an empty 1+ acre lot next to me that sold for $122,000 two years ago.

Well, honestly, you need to look at it from his point of view.

Having a camera in his boat increases his visibility for sponsors, which could lead to more sponsors dollars…or potentially keep him from losing one he has.

I completely understand and again I like the dude, but he has a very long history of bucking or complaining to derby directors and leagues. His Off the Grid videos on YT are spectacular.

I have been fishing the lake for 20 years. Told my wife once we become empty nesters I am leaving our wv farm and heading south. Not sure she believed me. Last April I left a job of 20 years, found a job in roanoke, and a little cape cod to rent while I looked. This march we purchased a new home construction home 2000 feet from the lake. She came down in May and my dream has come true. Truly is a special lake with an outstanding striper and bass population. We still have trouble believing it crossing the bridge every evening. Been sitting on the porch in the evenings watching the crush city. Optima, fishusa, and a couple more roll past the house.

    Congratulations!

We just bought a modular on the lake last fall and love it. My plan now is to buy a decent rental house down there and hopefully have it paid for by the time I retire and move there full time.
