    Cole Floyd is cracking fish on a frog and boat flipping everything. Has 2 over 4, 2 over 5, 1 over 6. Awesome to watch

    Today has been epic! Tons of frog fish, swim jig fish. Boat flipping 6's!!

    Cole had 5 for 24# all on the frog in the first period thats a day!

    Good stuff for sure... I really cannot believe Floyd is still standing on his fish. He's on to next round easy. I'm sure I would have a hard time stopping too.. That looks like a blast.

    Poche is a tournament organization and director's worst nightmare. I like him, but he has that type of personality where he thinks everybody is out to get him. He constantly complains. A month or two ago he got into it with MLF when they took a camera from his boat.

    Glad to see Floyd pick up and leave. I’m tired of watching him and Connell fish my favorite water, and of course so far better than I do. It’s going to be real crowded up river tomorrow, half the field will be looking at one another.

    first time i ever threw it was on this lake. Dont think i caught anything, dont know why i never threw it again lol. Looks dang good in the water..

    Herring always been in SML? Hows the striper fishing now days? Know it was a big striper fishery at one time. Still a lot of fish and big fish?

    Not sure, I have never been here. But if it has herring, I am IN, thats my jam. Also an ALL DAY spinnerbait bite is my daggum jam too

    Herring are relatively recent and were not introduced by state officials but assumed to be from a bucket biologist. Striper fishing is quite good, most days there are more anglers targeting stripers than bass and a lot of striper guides.

    It's the best striper fishing lake in Virginia by far
