Stratos 200pxl thru hull fittings. Where can I find one of these?

I'm looking for a thru hull fitting like this. It has a screw on stainless cap you tighten with a spanner wrench. It was straight threaded to barbed for 3/4 inch hose but it broke. This is the one for the bilge but they're all the same on the boat. Where it goes up in the side of the boat you can't physically put your hand on it and I think that's why it tightens from the outside with a spanner. I have looked at tons of through hole fittings but I can't seem to find one like this anywhere. Does anybody know where I can find one?.

I had found the plastic ones when I looked at replacing mine. Never seen the stainless before. But yeah, there is no getting your hand on the back of those.

It's got a screw on cap that he turned with a spanner wrench. I think they're made that way on purpose because you can't access the back side
