C Monster App Can't Connect to Server
I have been trying for the last three days to update my Power Pole Gateway using the C Monster app and continually receive the "can't connect to server" message when starting the app and connecting to the PP Blades and PP Charge. Spoke with Power Pole customer service yesterday and they acknowledged they believed they had a server issue last Friday (5/9/25), but were correcting the issue. Is anyone else having this issue?

Yes I am also having this issue. I was told by PP that the CMonster app is being replaced by the power pole app but I am still having the same issue as if today

I've been trying to send a diagnostic report for the last 2 weekends without any success.
