Amped Outdoors 180 Ah Dual Purpose

Anybody running the Amped Outdoors 180 Ah Dual Purpose for electronics and cranking combined? How does it work? I am currently running a 125 Ah Ionic, but I'm looking for a little more capacity to comfortably get me through the day. I don't have room for a second battery wired in parallel, nor do I want to replace my 4-bank charger with a 5-bank.

The room thing is a problem but the parallel batteries will charge on a single bank from your charger. CJ

Take a look at Ionics new 150a that replaced their 125. Its actually priced less than the 125 was.

Amped Outdoors is a good company and great support, but I may be biased as they are local to me and I have been using their batteries ice fishing for years. I am sure the battery will work ad advertised.

If they had decent large LifePO4 batteries 5 years ago when I went with Ionics, I would have probably went with them. But never a single hiccup with the Ionics, and Drewcraft is so easy to work with they are a great choice.

I’d prefer Ionic because the batteries have been flawless, but the 150 AH is only 20% more than the 125. My 125 AH Ionic gets down to about 25-30% after a full day fishing with my setup and minimal engine running. I’d like about 50% more capacity than the 125, so that means something in the 180 to 200 AH range. Honestly, I see batteries this big in other brands, maybe I will give another brand a shot until Ionic catches up.

I have a 280ah lithium in my rv and my boat, the price of them is so cheap its hard to resist.

THEY all come from China, they are all in the same cases, just different stickers. Saw this one today for $329 bucks shipped.

I paid more for both of mine but still a bargain.

Buddy of mine has out fitted several boats with a 180 ah lithium off ebay that go for 220$ FLLYROWER ITEM# 196848535879.
Im using a 31 series agm at the moment for my electronics. If i start seeing that its not enough Amp Hrs then i may try one. He's not had a failure yet. He runs 2 of these in his boat plus and 2 36volt 80Amp Hr for the trolling motor
