My mega 360 loses signal for just a second and then starts working. I get a message on my Gen 4 Helix of lost side image signal and that disappears quickly. Wouldn’t be a big deal but I have to zoom back in on the 360 page every time this happens. I have the 360 on a y cable to my Helix. Dedicated power on fuse panel. Thanks for any help
It sounds like you have a cable issue somewhere... either an intermittent power issue or an intermittent transducer connection issue. Make sure all power connections are solid and there are no pin issues.
Also, temporarily bypass the Y-Cable and connect the Mega 360 directly to the transducer port.
