Does anyone know if these inductor ramps are universal or are there special ones for this model reel? It looks like many are white, but this inductor ramp is black.

No they are not universal. I had this happen to my 17 Tatula SV from bomb casting frogs trying to brute force the heavy braking profile. I got the Aliexpress Rays Studio inductor base and rotor but was not able to fit the Ray's base to the spool. I ended up just super gluing the old broken base to the spool shaft. It's just the little pegs of the base that clip into the spool that break off. 99.9% of the base remains intact and can be just glued on. I think I prefer this over the clip on assembly honestly.
