I’m pulling for schlapper or crews. I like all of these guys in the top ten though. I’m glad to see the moving baits come into play. I always feel like a spinnerbait/buzzbait bite will get you a better average on these types of water. Crews is on a squarebill bite it seems so that’s good.

Pulling for Pat too. He’s been a grinder and he is more than overdue for a blue trophy.

Looks like Pat is going to pull this out today. Some good ones to start to the day. Great footage on that buzzbait bite.

He said it was a Brazalo Custom Lures. They're made in Arkansas.

Although it’s not k own for quality, the Sabine was off this week due to flooding and wind keeping the tide in. Tidal waters suck when the tide can do what it normally does normally does. A north east or east wind here on the James will get it swollen. Especially consecutive days of east winds. Sabine is a great numbers river just lack in size fish. Normally getting a limit is. It an issue.

Tough conditions for those guys to fish in. Very similar to the river system I fish, Pascagoula River, where we have had the same water conditions, muddy water and high tides with SE winds for over a week. They did well to catch what they did.
