Dag... that dude is really serious about his cream cheese. I like to argue about things for the fun of it, but I'd have to let the difference in cream cheese go.

I had to refund a customer because she is accustomed to carrot cake with cream cheese icing being served warm, not refrigerated, as we served it. Mind you, she said she enjoyed the flavor, but it wasn’t “right” because of it being cold. I was required to fill out a customer survey form along with the refund paperwork. She ate most of that slice of cake while I gave her money back.
You can’t take it personal. Just try to see about where they live or what they’re driving to help avoid them down the road, figuratively and literally

Well hell she must have at least kinda liked the cold cake. My aunt makes a good carrot cake. Her Italian Cream cake is amazing too but a little much if not in the right mood for sweets. And her coconut pound cake and homemade coconut cream pie...same one that's building the house next door. Maybe I can trade lawn care for baked goods?
