Does anyone know if this update addresses the "lost GPS Fix" issue? The description does not really explain what the "general performance" that is supposed to be "significantly improved" is? If anyone does the update can they please let us know what they see as an improvement? Comments on improvements (or not) of the lost GPS fix would be much appreciated!

No joy for me with auto chart. I did not have any instance of GPS no fix but that could be related to my LakeMaster legacy card. Today I was running a new VX card.


Note on vx it won't work in slot 1 known issue apparently.

when I first installed my new Xplore and Megalive2 and TargetLock this past March I needed to update the TargetLock software to use it with the Mega Live 2. There was a known to HB issue that the Xplore would not do the update on the TargetLock with the Mega Live 2 combination. They suggested that I needed to have a Mega Live connected or send it in to HB to do the update for me. I didn't have access to a Mege Live. Believe it or not, I was able to use the Helix G4N connected to the TargetLock with the Mega Live 2 in order to do the update. I assume it has something to do with that.

Thats a lot of good stuff in there, I am fairly new to my Apex units and noticed today when rear was slept I didnt have sonar ping up front, I def lose gps signal quite a bit.

I wish they had a way to save your settings when doing a update. I fully intended to not do any more updates.

When is hbird going to have an update for helix units to resolve the issue with the ultrex leaving waypoints when hitting spot lock? I was told months ago by support they were working on it

Installed 5.25. It uploaded pretty fast in my Apex and two Solix G3s. It fixed the waypoint sharing issue and other waypoint glitches I was experiencing. I think it also fixed the GPS signal issue, time will tell on that. So far so good.
