Mega Live 2 and xplore units with one boat app questions.

Just got done with the update thread on here and have one more quick set of questions.

Just got back from the dealer who installed the last piece that was on backorder, the mega live 2 unit.

Now the question i have is should i see that mega live 2 somewhere on my xplore units or on the one boat app when the boat is just sitting in the garage? Or do i need to have the boat physically in the water with the trolling motor on to see it on the graphs? Right now, with it sitting the garage i do not see it anywhere nor do i get to select it on my units through a view or anything.

That one boat network app is the hokiest app that I ever used. My units dont stay connected to it through bluetooth, its just a mess.

Good afternoon, Is the system powered on?

If so you should see the ML2 as a selection on the Xplore. Also, you need to connect the units Via Bluetooth through the app. To do that is under the Self-Help tab on the app and you will see the connection via Bluetooth.

Do i have to power the ML2 unit on somehow? All graphs are powered on and so is the ultrex. I should have asked the dealer but was too excited. Its all connected to the hub.

The Humminbird Mega Live and Mega Live 2 installation manuals state that you need to be able to power off the units. They continue to draw a small amount of power "watching for" the wet switch to be activated. It's hard to say how your installer might have accomplished this, or if they even did.
