Some of y’all say y’all aren’t interested in watching them catch small fish…. I think it gets old watching them catch 10 pounders and 30 pound bags…. Maybe because it’s relatable to me…. The style of fishing on that system is exactly what I fish… even though I’m 200 miles (give or take) across Louisiana, it’s all super similar, almost identical to what I fish….and a 4 pounder here is huge…
Reminds me of the Ohio River. Its not fun to fish and it sure as hell isn't fun to watch.

I’m a BASS Homer, but it’s ridiculous that they return to the crappy Sabine over and over. There are so many great bodies of water that they ignore in favor of the craphole location they know.

I live here and i agree. There are much better river systems to visit than here.

But do those river systems have chambers of commerce that pay BASS to come and also hold festivals at the same time so BASS can goose their attendance numbers?

You seem like a jealous, bitter person or for some reason you have an issue with Kyoya personally. I myself have never met Kyoya and I'll bet you haven't either. He seems like he is more introverted than, say Takumi Ito, lol but the guy loves to compete. And for you to assume the only skill Kyoya has is scoping, I will bet there are plenty of pros (and amateurs) who would offer him big money to have him teach them how to 'scope' like he can.

The only guarantee is that it will not start when the website says it will.

You're not going to convince this pouty bunch of "anglers". I guess it's a regional thing but this is my favorite one of the year. IDK why guys get so mad that there favorite angler has to squirm and make clutch decisions to compete and catch fish. Is there some bassmaster rule that says every tourney has to be a heavyweight slam? This is a great venue due to it's vastness and diversity. I'm not here to say it's the best bass fishing around.

curious if this group has spots to themselves or if they are fishing the group where 90% of the field is
