    Thru hull transducer

    What is the best option for a thru hull transducer for higher speed pickup. Part number and y cable. Solix 15. Tia

    The generation of the SOLIX makes a difference for default settings:
    Gen 1 is 14 20
    Gen 2/3 is 14 HW

    Also the definition of the transducer type:
    Thru-hull requires a 1"+ hole through the hull with the transducer on the exterior=XPTH
    Shoot-thru is bonded to the inside of the hull=XP

    The Y cable for a SOLIX is 14 M ID SIDB Y
