All the time. Obviously not if it's narrow, but most have plenty of space. Only having an 18' boat does make it easier.

I have, but not often. Went through several backwards as a teenager. Some laughed, some didn't and got the cops called once.

Reading some of the responses on here makes me wonder how some ever make it to the lake and actually back their trailer in the water then tow it back home and back it into their driveway

Yes I have taken mine through drive throughs if there's not a line ahead of me, without a problem. Your not threading a needle.

I have.....but do not make a habit of it.

I live in a tiny small town, one drive through (mcdonalds). If I'm "that" hungry, I usually just go home & eat OR pull over and grab a sammich out of the cooler in the boat.

that said I have pulled a 24' enclosed w/race car through a drive through a couple times. That drive through is big enough that it's no problem (burger king). It's almost as if they designed it that way....and maybe it was. Burger king (that one) is owned and managed by a racer. He lived just up the road from the restaurant. Drag strip is right up the road the other way. Parking lot is big enough for several rigs to park as well.

Is the best thing that could happen better than the worst thing that could happen? A biscuit just dont mean that much to me. Plus my rigs at 27’ plus a F250 EC with a 8’ bed.

If the dining room is open, I'll walk in. If it is closed, like they all were in 2020, then I have gone through them with my boat. Just have to research the more boat friendly ones and never use the inner lane if it has two lanes.

some drive through lanes are designed in a way that even the best trailer puller isn’t pulling a 24’ tandem axle boat trailer thru behind a 21 foot truck….

100% agree and I know that, can't pull an 18 wheeler through one either but some act like they will erupt in flames if they pulled their boat or a trailer through a drive through, one that is large enough to accommodate a truck/boat.

All depends on the drive thru. Of course that is true whether I'm hooked to the boat or not as there are many drive thrus that my Crew Cab Long Bed F350 doesn't fit in regardless!

How about at a drive thru weed store?
If professionals who's careers depend on catching fish use FFS then that's what I'm using. Might be too simple of a philosophy but makes sense to me.

You would think it's the dead of winter and not the best time to fish of the year.

Can't believe this is even a debate. If I can fit, yes. If not, I go inside. Easy enough.

Going to and from most of the lakes my wife and I fish you’d have to drive 10 miles out of your way to find a drive through;)
