    250HP SHO Compatibility

    I have a 2017 SHO 250. I know a guy with a blown 2010 SHO 250.
    Does anyone know how compatible parts would be from 2010-2017.
    I’m wondering if it’s worth it to purchase and store for spare parts.
    I.E. Lower Unit, Midsection, Etc.
    Any input would be greatly appreciated!

    Parts would more than likely be very compatible. Interchangeable if you will.

    Easy enough to get a better idea by going the the Yamaha USA website and opening up the parts catalog for both years. Compare part numbers. I suspect that most will be one and the same. Even if not, most later part numbers will interchange.
