    Question PP Charge Issue

    My brother installed our lithium batteries into our boat after winter storage and the PP charge recognized the house battery but didn't the 2-36V all batteries all are at 96-99% charged.
    Does anyone know why this might be?
    Any information would be appreciated.

    Did you get this resolved? Are you able to connect and send us a diagnotic report through the app?

    Is it possible the 36v batteries are in hybernation?

    I sent a diagnostic from my boat on Saturday and waiting for a reply, seems the PP charge isn't recongizing the 36V it think it is a 12V battery. No issues with the batteries at all as the trolling motor worked all day.
