That’s it. Just haters hating. Just ignore him being disqualified numerous times, his attitude when he is disqualified, his mom’s attitude and her outspoken entitlement. Also the anglers he used to associate with have distanced themselves even though they’re around the same age. But you’re right that surly has no impact and it’s just because he’s young.

Nah. Rick Pierce of Basscat has been on here numerous times telling everybody that is not true. He says he is a remarkable teenager, no cheater, and his parents are just salt of the earth, hard-working, blue collar folk.

I’m 39 and have no issues with the kid. He’s 20 year old home School kid who’s trying to find make a living as a professional fisherman. He’s only been DQ’d once and that was for being late and taking the phone call. His other infraction was for running a no wake. Not like he’s out here cheating. Give the kid a break man. He’s not as quiet and reserved as Fothergill but he’s still just a “kid”. Think his parents conduct has been more noticeable that anything he has done.

Re the tournament - just got in and checked, and was a bit shocked Kyota is so far back - them young'uns must have lit them up this morning. I'll have to check out the FS1 morning session. Not a Tucker/Trey/JT fan as most know - just too much smoke. I'm not going to pile on, but am pulling for my fellow Georgia boy Paul :).

And happy Seth got a century belt, but dang, it's kind of like a parking pass at Fork it seems... Still an accomplishment, of course.
