My wife put ours out yesterday which she didn't know they were coming by yet until one buzzed her head and got in her face yelling "Fill it up, lady. I'm thirsty."

Ours have been up a month. We have had them for at least a month. I sometimes wonder if they actually leave. Some may stay who knows? Last yr was a boomer year for us.

Still no hummingbirds at our feeder, but they are being reported in this county.

We tried a few locations in backyard this past week but no joy. Cleaned feeder, changed to Kaytee nectar and hung from the top frame of our patio umbrella yesterday at noon. By 5 o'clock we had our first hummingbird. Exciting!

Hummingbird feeder went up yesterday, they're supposed to be in VT. We don't usually see the orioles until later, their feeder isn't up yet.
