    St Clair is still brown

I can’t remember the last time the lake has been this dirty for this long

Thanks for the update. I don't know if I'm going to make it there this spring. I might stick to Erie this spring and keep looking for the clear water.

Might have something to do with super low water levels. We've also had a lot of wind blowing the mud over from Canada side.

Lot of dirty water in Erie this spring, too. As castforcash said, might be related to low water levels. With [typical] springtime very strong winds every 2 or 3 days, main lake water stays very stirred up, and when a big storm rolls through it carries a surge far back into what normally are protected waters.

Wow! No wonder you can get stuck going out of Crocker ramp. Lots of canals I typically fish for largemouths in the springtime only have 4 feet of water going in. Some of the homeowners in those canals must be landlocked now.

This might be another addition to the problem

The last couple times out we have seen dredge barges being moved up and down the lake and they can kick up plenty of sediment to add to the problem

I was out on the 24th and found plenty of fishable water. Had a pretty good day.
