Trouble with update 2025.0404.0
Having trouble getting this update to download to active captain. Says Software Updates Download Error then has a button that says Retry. Have tried different days and restarted everything. Any suggestions? Two Echomap Ultra 126SV
edit. I think number in subject is system number whatever that is. Both 126sv have software version 29.01. It looks like the newest version is 39.01.

It may be too big of a jump. You can try an SD card just make sure you have a 32gb card or less.

Thanks. I’ll try sd card. I just updated in January so I guess I did something wrong then can’t figure out why I’m so behind

Current version for Ultras is 29.01, from what I see. Ultra 2 is 39.01.
