2020 Mercury 250 pro xs

Motor ran fine first thing this morning and then cranked up and moved to another spot and I noticed that my speed was way down. I got off pad and then noticed the motor was idling rough with a miss. I removed the cowling after I loaded up and all plug wire are on good. Hoping it's a bad plug. Any other thoughts? Thanks
Sounds like plugs, wires or a coil.

plugs likely but all three mention above could be a issue--has it had plugs several times already?

This is the first issue I've had with this motor, have 54 hours on it. I just finished removing all the plugs and they all looked good except #1 has carbon on the center electrode. The rest of them looked clean.
