Ok, good deal. On a boat that size with a 115 hp it really doesn't matter anyway.

I thought about putting a ballast bag in my Atlas JP too. I have one on each side in my rear compartments. I ultimately decided against the jack plate location because I was worried about the extra 50lbs of weight on both the jack plate/transom bolts as well as the bolts that hold the hole shot plate on. Was I wrong to being concerned about the strength of those bolts having to deal with the extra weight? especially when running in rough water?

It depends on your goal. If one of the reasons you went to lithiums was to help performance of your boat due to lighter weight, then moving stuff around will likely be warranted. If it was purely because of the electronic reason and you don't care about the performance gains, then adding weight to counteract the reduction of weight with lithiums is an option.
