You need to seek some anger management. I merely stated a fact that competitive bass fishing has become a sport that takes a good deal of money. Am I mad at anyone who makes good money? Nope. I was not kidding however....about the youngsters pulling up at the launch with rigs over 80 grand and trucks almost that cost. I would have loved to have those deals at 17, 18, 19 years old. But hey, it's your money and it is a free country. You get to spend it the way you prefer. My surprise at this is not aimed at parents or the youngster, it is just my surprise. And, I merely pointed out the fact that the early Pros, many came into competitive fishing as bricklayers, mechanics in the National Guard, and working in tackle shops. Those days are gone. Calm down.
