    Helix 9 G2N SI/DI dark screen

    As stated it title, the screen is very dark. I’ve adjusted settings, done factory reset but still dark. If I run 800mhz it’s a little better but still not what it used to be. Any ideas?

    Have you checked screen brightness? Press power key once and see if brightness has been turned down!

    I have a similar issue, but the left side is significantly darker than the right side. I haven’t found any fixes, but I have read it could be a bad transducer or even a bad board inside the Helix itself.
