2020 Pro XS cranks but won’t fire

2020 Pro XS 200 turns over strong but won’t fire. Recently had the lower off for skeg & prop repair, during this time I also replaced the cranking battery 800/1000 and did an oil change. Put everything back together and boat fired up. Two days later I go out and it now turns over but won’t start. When I turn the key to accessory I hear the fuel pump run like normal and get a long beep. At work will update with s/n

Killswitch possibly turned off, although I think that’s four separate beeps. One continuous tone is usually guardian mode. It’s in neutral? Sorry dumb questions, but it happens.

do you have any type of vessel view or the smart gauge on the dash that indicates anything? I know mine went into guardian one time because it was overheating due to grass around the lower unit and it was telling me that was the problem on the gauge.

OK well you should not have a long tone, mine gives one short little beep when I turn the ignition on before starting. So whatever fault is causing that tone. it’s most likely something simple maybe something accidentally got unplugged while working on the motor. I honestly don’t know. before you take it to a dealer I would just check over your work real good and make sure you didn’t inadvertently unplugged something or something really simple.

Like both motor power wires, clean power wire would be easy to forget

I will go back through the battery again, however it did fire once I finished installing the battery. It not firing was once I got to the lake. Turns over strong like it’s just about to fire and then doesn’t

Going through my proXS tech manual a long 6 second beep can be quite a few things. Check all belts, plugs and connections too...anything that could have been bumped loose or disconnected during service.

Unless your boat has a battery switch that's in the OFF position, you'll need to get it on the G3 Diagnostic System to determine what that CRITICAL fault is.
