We all get together on Good Friday and cook, peel crawfish, make a bisque, and everyone takes home a lot. Made a Seafood Gumbo to eat while we boiled 3 sacks of crawfish. We ate 60 lbs and peeled 65 lbs. Cut up seasoning, grinder up crawfish tails, stuffed crawfish heads, and made crawfish balls, then fried them up to place in bisque. Everyone contributed an ate good.
