Possibly looking to buy a Cobra. Any advice?

Hey guys. I am possibly looking at buying a 97 Cobra Viper 188D. The pics of the boat look like it's super clean. Anyone have any advice on anything I should look at when going to inspect the boat. Just curious if there has been any issues with the hulls over the years as I'm not super knowledgeable on them
    Thanks

Jesse, I have a 1997 188 also. They have wooden transoms so be aware of that. Otherwise, I have had my fair share of little electrical and equipment problems due to the age, but I have always been able to fix them myself and I'm not terribly handy. I've had my boat since 2002 and love it just like the day I bought it. Cobras get compliments everywhere too..

I have owned two DC201's and enjoyed them both. A fast hull and very fishable with the help of a deck extension. No electrical or any other hull related issues with either one.

They get my vote. Good luck
