    Running Lithiums at 100 %???

    I have 3 x 100 amp lithiums to power my 112 Ultrex. Overall, fantastic power. However, twice while in extreme current and running at 100%, I trip a breaker and have to reset to operate again.

    How long can i run at 100 speed? Is it normal for the breaker to kick in after about 5 minutes on continuous high?? This has happened twice, both in extreme current on 100% power?

    Any advice???

    check your amp draw, if its only 55 or less get a new 60 amp breaker

    If you have the correct breaker installed you should be able to run 100% until the battery dies. If you already have the correct size breaker it could be getting weak and need to be replaced.

    Or your brushed motor burns out from the heat for running hotter and longer on 10 than it’s design allows. Minn Kota expressly says don’t do it on brushed motors running Lithium batteries. Bob
