Ive been tying the figure 8 and triple surgeon and im not happy with the strength. Nowhere close to a typical palomar. What are you guys using?

Seems like these would work well using your favorite knot.... https://www.customlureonline.com/pro...m_medium=email

Canoe Man Knot is nice b/c the tag eng typically points back towards the bait, so doesn't catch on vegatation and such as much...

I played around with these as I have been doing some jerkbait fishing of late... For some reason I kept having issues with the Canoe Man, until I realized the loops should be turned/folded the same way...for some reason I kept trying to flip them, which of course just pulled right out lol. The King looks quick and simple, but does look it it could waste line on larger plugs? Ive never liked the Rapala, I mean it works fine, but I always wind up with a huge loop. Probably user error. But the CMK is quick and simple and uses very little line.
