What type of jig head are

The pros using or what type are guys using when shaking that minnow bait with FFS? Does it change from vertical jigging to casting and swimming? Ball head, hover type or something else?

I picked out a ball head jig from Mustad 2 years ago when I decided to try “minnow” fishing. Just from a picture on TW web site. It works fine, but then I’m no pro. Pretty much only use 1/8 ounce. I like the wire keeper, because it holds the bait in position better and doesn’t tear the bait up when installing.

I talked to Cody Meyer and the guys at Cipher fishing at the Classic this year. They have a really unique, high end product with custom hooks and a fantastic keeper design. The Tackle Trap picked them up and is now stocking their line. They're definitely worth a look and their nail weights for neko rigging are very nice too...

I use the VMC Hybrid Swimbait head a lot for shaking a minnow. They have a good selection of hook size and weight combinations for that technique. I play around a lot more for a swimbait for whatever reason I can't fathom?

Queen Tackle Sonar Head. It's tungsten and glows on a FFS screen. The best head in the game IMHO.
