Fix nicks out of bottom of boat.

I have a Ranger 520DXV with a black bottom and several gel coat nicks out if the bottom all the way to the fiberglass. What can I use to fill those holes? I was thinking Marine Tex but it does not come in black. Guess I could use Marine tex and then a shot of black gel coat over it but that is getting a little complicated. Can I use just black epoxy or something else?

Marine Tex makes a gray but it's closer to black than gray. I used it on a previous boat. I'll get you a picture of the color later today.
