Thanks for the news. I have 5 or 6 CLEAN feeders waiting to mix up some nectar. Need something to do waiting to heal up and get back on the water. My neighbor is supposed to call me when they see any.

We have a few here in NE Ms . Wife loves them and is putting out feeders and had me go buy some plants that are already blooming. Wonderful creatures!

We have some bird feeders that use suction cups to hold the glass on the Sun Room. I have to fill them every day, Cardinals, different Woodpeckers, Blue Jays and all the rest. I have a Hummer feeder to try this year that also sticks to the window.

Dropped to 30 degrees last night, supposed to hit 37 tonight. The 30 degrees killed some of the leaves of my hydrangea that had just started to fledge out. No sign of birds, but at least the cold will help preserve the nectar outside.

Here in Seaford De. I looked out the kitchen window this Wednesday morning and lo and behold, my first hummingbird of the year was feeding. After the little green winged guy left I went out, drained the feeder, rinsed it out and put fresh nectar in it.

First one showed back up here April 7. Ruby throated.

Now if I can just get the pair of purple martins that's hanging around to stay and nest!
