Taking a trip up to Lansing pool 9
Me and a buddy are planning a trip up to Lansing pool 9 and wondering what are some good places to stay for the night? Places with plenty of boat parking room and safe areas. I have never been up there wanting to try a new pool. Let me know! Thanks!

it's been years since I been there but we camped at the red Barn campground. I think it's still there.

We go to pool 9 a couple times a year. We always camp with my wife’s family at Black Hawk park, which has a couple boat ramps. But if you are looking for a hotel/motel I think you’ll be limited since the closest towns of any size are Prairie Du Chien and LaCrosse. I know there is a motel in Lansing that I’ve seen boats parked at before, but I have no idea whether it’s decent or not. Maybe check to see if there are any VRBO’s? If you could find one for a cabin on the river you’d eliminate the need for parking (most have a dock that you could tie up to) and would have your boat right on the water.
Also, feel free to PM me if you have any questions or would like a few areas to look at fishing. I’m certainly no expert but have been going there for the last 25 years.
