lost sonar screen

I have an Elite TI2 with a 3-1 AI transducer. I sent the boat back to the factory for some reworking. I took the boat out for the first time and I lost the sonar screen but I have the SI and DI. The temperature overlays are blank too. There are 2 cables connected in the back 1 on each of the ends teminals. Before I call the factory I was hoping to be able to fix it myself.
I truthfully do no use it often, but there are sometimes I do.

Thoughts?

Not exactly the same, but still NO 2D

My [Nov 2021] Ti2 2D/DS transducer connected to trolling motor had DS but NO 2D.

July 1, 2022 Lowrance customer service had me do the following, while on the phone with them, with boat in garage.
soft reset; turn MFD OFF, then remove transducer plug, check that o-ring is seated in plug, reconnect plug,

Ti2 transducer was working OK afterwards (I removed/reconnected plug couple times just for good measures), and had C-MAP card out of MFD while doing this. (info from July 1 Voice Note on my iPhone)

Make sure the transducer has been recognized by the unit, and if it has not choose it manually.

I just checked it. It's listed but the text color is grey and all the others are red. Not sure if that means anything.

At the back of your Elite Ti2, you have these ports:
NMEA2000
Power
Transducer

At least two of these should be in use, the red for power and the black for your transducer.

If the transducer is recognized by the unit, the box where you choose transducer will be greyed out and read correct transducer (AI 3i1 in your case). Sounds like this is OK.

For temp, go Pages-Settings-Network-Sources, find sonar in the list, open it. You will see a list of sources for temp, one should the transducer connected to the unit. Choose that one.
For 2D, open the 2D-view, press Menu in the top right corner, ensure you are viewing this unit and not trying to pull 2D from another Ti2 over WIFI.

If all else fails, save waypoints to a memorycard and do a hard reset.

I'll know better tomorrow when I am on the water, but I got an image now and temp. I checked the sonar source like Team Colibri mentioned. There were 2 labeled "This Unit". I chose the other one. Nothing seemed to happen much, but the touch screen was so out of aligment (meaning I touched the screen in 1 place but it registered on another location), so I shut it off. When I turned it back on the screen was there!
