1997efi questions

I have not run my boat 1997 175efi in over a year. I took it in to have trailer serviced and impeller changed. They called me and said the motor would not start that it needs fuel pump and pcm. I started it for brief few seconds before I took it to marina, just to make sure battery had charge. How do I test the fuel pump and PCM to verify that’s the problem? It seems to roll over but def not firing. Is there anything else I should check. Thank you for help

Specifically WHICH "1997 EFI" do you have? Please be sure to include the engine serial number (and if higher than 130hp, make sure you're in the appropriate forum for the engine type/displacement).
