It's ridiculous that Triton can't help you on this. I realize that the ownership of Triton changed hands, but part of assuming the ownership of a company is ensuring the expertise is still there or trained to take care of the legacy units already out in the field. They should not just say "sorry, we can't help you" and leave you hanging like that. I know that has to be frustrating. It would be for me. As far as dealers help, in my experience, that's laughable. It's been my experience that there is very little effort put forth by the dealer after the sale. At least that was my experience and the experience the my family and close friends who purchased boats. It's like they think that buying a boat is a one time event and that once they sell you a boat, you will never buy another one, therefore they do not feel motivated to give you service after the sale. That is even more frustrating. Good luck buddy.
