I currently have a single talon on my champion and its fine for what I use it for (not very often). Its bolted between my transom and outboard. Im debating adding a jackplate. Is there any issue with putting the talon between the transom and jackplate vs between the jackplate and motor? Seems like it would cause way less torque being closer to the transom vs 6" away.
